Delivery Information
At AVACE we’ve tailored our delivery services to meet your timescales and business needs. Orders for stock products received and confirmed by 4pm are delivered next working day throughout the UK. Our standard delivery service for online stock products is 2-3 working days from receipt of your confirmed order. Alternatively you can choose from express next-day delivery or select a timed delivery by 12 noon or 10.00am for your most urgent packages. Saturday deliveries are also available on request. Make to order products are colour matched to RAL Design, NCS and Pantone colours, manufactured and delivered within seven working days of your confirmed purchase order. Express Freight available throughout Europe and the Middle East.
AVACE powder coatings are now available for express delivery throughout Europe and the Middle East. We are experienced exporters and have adapted to the post Brexit new rules and regulations with a number of options available to our customers. For deliveries to France and Belgium you can order direct on our French website www.avacecolours.com/fr . For deliveries to Spain and Portugal you can orderdirect on our Spanish website www.avacecolours.com/es, both sites trade in Euros and all product information is available in French and Spanish. For sales direct to France, reverse VAT accounting applies for customers registered for VAT in France. For customers who are not registered for French VAT or exports to other countries, customs clearance charges apply and a separate invoice will be raised including the VAT on materials. This additional invoice will be raised by Fedex, our couriers, and will require payment to clear customs. These taxes can be recovered through your local VAT returns. We will require your European VAT (TVA) and EORI number for customs clearence, so please include this with your order. Our customer service department will contact you for this information when we confirm your order.
Should you prefer not to order online simply email your order to sales@avace.co.uk we will send you a proforma invoice for payment by BACS or major credit and debit cards. On receipt of payment the goods will be manufactured, and your delivery scheduled. Please refer to our delivery rates for your zone including prices and expected delivery times. The tables provides information on all orders up to 200kg, should you require pallet quantities please contact AVACE for a specific quotation.
For the UAE and other countries in the Middle East or if your country is not listed please contact Avace for rates and delivery. Charges shown in the table are Air Freight up to 200kgs. For pallet quantities please contact AVACE for sea freight rates and delivery times. The rates are more competitive by sea however delivery will take longer.

Our Conditions of Carriage EXCLUDE LIABILITY on the part of AVACE Ltd and its employees or agents for loss, damage and delay in any circumstances; LIMIT LIABILITY to stated amounts where liability is accepted and REQUIRE NOTICE OF CLAIMS within strict time limits. Senders should note these Conditions carefully and where necessary obtain insurance cover in order to protect their interests.
