Delivery Information
At AVACE we’ve tailored our delivery services to meet your timescales and business needs. Make to order products are colour matched to RAL Design, NCS and Pantone colours, manufactured in seven working days of your cleared funds. The finished products will then be shipped to any location in Italy within 7-10 days subject to custom clearance.
Our terms of sale are delivered at place, tax and duties unpaid. Our courier will notify you of any duties and taxes which may be due to clear customs. Once payment has been received the goods will be delivered to you. After three days if the duty and tax remains unpaid you will receive a reminder. Should payment not be received within five days the goods will be disposed of at your loss.

Our Conditions of Carriage EXCLUDE LIABILITY on the part of AVACE Ltd and its employees or agents for loss, damage and delay in any circumstances; LIMIT LIABILITY to stated amounts where liability is accepted and REQUIRE NOTICE OF CLAIMS within strict time limits. Senders should note these Conditions carefully and where necessary obtain insurance cover in order to protect their interests.
